Brief Answer:
You need to ask immediate medical assistance to the nearest ER service.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I passed carefully through your concern and would like to explain that you are actually experiencing what is called hypertensive crisis.

This is a dangerous clinical condition that may subsequently followed by several life-threatening complications such as stroke, myocardial ischemia and infarction, pulmonary edema, kidney injury, retinal impairment, etc.

Coming to this point it is very imperative a prompt reduction of your blood pressure values to acceptable ranges.

In this regard, I recommend using any fast acting medications such as sublingual Nitroglycerin (one to two pills), Captopril 25 mg one tablet sublingual.

Meanwhile you should ask for immediate medical assistance to the nearest ER service at your living area.

A careful physical exam, a resting ECG and several lab tests (including cardiac enzymes like CK-MB, Troponin) need to be promptly performed, coupled by concomitant treatment administration.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, do not hesitate to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
