Question: Just took my blood pressure 162/114 73 bpm also experiencing nausea do I need to seek medical attention or is this something that can wait

Your heart rate is normal.

Anyway its better to go to seek for medical care (especially If your blood pressure keep being high ), so they can drop your blood pressure and further evaluation.
Try to relax (especially if any stressful situation was the trigger for that) and will be back to normal.
