Brief Answer:
Both are good

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that both these are antiarrythmic drugs user to prevent or control atrial fibrillation.

But the problem with AF is that there is a tendency of clot formation in the left atrium due to inadequate contraction because of which there is also a need to start some anticoagulant drug like Acitrom or Warfarin.

So kindly discuss with your doctor regarding that if you have not started one of these.

Regarding Amiodarone or Propafenone it's advisable to follow the prescribed medicines of your treating doctor.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind regards
