Brief Answer:
You can take acyclovir and azithromycin together

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Azithromycin can last in your system for 5 days after the last dose. Therefore, if you take a 5 day course, the antibiotic will be good for 10 days total.

There is no interaction with acyclovir and therefore you can take acyclovir while on azithromycin. You should not experience any issues.
