Brief Answer:
You must complete the course as prescribed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM!

I have gone through your problem described in your case.

Since you do not know the vaccination status of street dog and it is very difficult to trace and observe the culprit dog for the evidence of abnormal behavior so it is better you complete the course of the Anti Rabies Vaccine as advised by the doctors in the hospital.

Rabies is the disease associated with high mortality and morbidity.
So take care, take the remaining injections as advised.

I hope you are convinced now, do reply with a positive feedback with thanks.

Prevention is better than cure.
Take care.

Dear XXXXXXX

The suggestions I made to you regarding the treatment of dog bite is based upon the new guidelines from the new guidelines from the World Health Organization and the National Guidelines for Rabies by the Government of XXXXXXX revised in 2013.

Had you been my patient I would have given the same advice which is to receive ARS injection.
