Increased breathing and sweating when exercising. Normal ECG. Taking Telvas. No sugar problem. What is it?

I get faster breathing and more perspiration than normal when start exercising for ten minutes or so. No sugar problem. taking BP medicine Telvas 40. ECG is normal. What may be the problem?
