Brief Answer:
If you are allergic to Ceftriaxone, Gemifloxacin+Azithromycin can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have studied your issue carefully.

Cephalosporins are a very good drugs of choice against gonorrhea, it is unfortunate that you are allergic to ceftriaxone.

A two drug therapy is highly recommended as per CDC guidelines to treat gonorrhea as antibiotic resistance is increasing.

The usual dosage of Azithromycin for gonorrhea is 1 gram as a single dose, however, since ceftriaxone can not be used, the dosage must be higher, and a single dose of 2 grams of azithromycin is recommended.

Gemiflaxacin should be taken also as a single dose, and the recommended dosage is 320 milligrams once, orally.

Yeast infection treatment in males is similar to females, it depends on the structure or body part that is involved.

Systemic fungal infections are treated with Fluconazole orally, 200 milligrams once daily for first 3 days, followed by once a week for 4 to 6 weeks.

I hope that answers your query.

Please discuss these medicines with your infectious diseases specialist, even a sexually transmitted diseases specialist is advised to consult an infectious diseases specialist while treating gonorrhea in patients with ceftriaxone allergy.

Wishing you speedy recovery.

Best regards
