Question: I would like to know if this is a possible miscarriage in it's really early stages of pregnancy or if it's just a blood clot? There is a tiny dark red dot in the middle. If it a miscarriage, the term would most likely have been about 2 weeks I think. My periods are extremely irregular. My last period was January 9 - January 13 and before that it was November 13 - November 21. So, since I had a period like about 2 weeks or so I'm not expecting to have a period right now. I am spotting but it's very light. I did take a home pregnancy test and it was negative. There pictures we're taken this morning at approximately 8:12 this morning central time. If this is a miscarriage, I had no knowledge of being pregnant. However, I did noticed that my nipples we're extremely tender. They were hurting so bad I had to take off my bra. I felt constipated and nauseous. A few nights ago I was trying to use the bathroom and I started throwing up something yellow. That same night I had really sharp stomach cramps. I felt like I was dying cause it hurt so bad. Normally when I get my period I don't usually have symptoms. And the blood clot don't ever look like this. So, is this something I should be worried about? Could this be a possible miscarriage or something?
