I Woke Up Today To Find Blood On My Boxer

Question: I woke up today to find blood on my boxer shorts, most probably it came out from my penis during the night.

However, i am not pissing blood and there is no blood in my semen as far as i see.

I am 35 male white.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Even trivial would created by scratching during sleep can cause blood spot on the boxer. And it would be difficult to find the cause.
Another probable reason can be some angioma in urethra which can cause similar spotting on boxer but no blood in urine or semen.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Observe for any scratching on penis or scrotum.
Watch for blood in urine and semen.
Best way is to get lab test of urine and semen as it may show RBC and if present may need further investigations.
