Welcome back.

A marginal increase in liver enzymes is not significant. Elevated liver enzymes can be due to medications, infections and certain diseases like cirrhosis. So please consult physician for evaluation.

Jaundice is yellowish discolouration of skin and mucus membranes due to accumulation of pigment bilirubin. Normally the liver gets rid of bilirubin from the body. So if liver is not functioning normally, bilirubin gets accumulated causing jaundice. That is the reason I asked about it.
