How Can Severe Pain Due To Hypersensitivity Vasculitis That Has Worsened With Rashes All Over The Body Be Treated?

Question: I was diagnosed with hypersensitivity vasculitis in February, was told it would go away if has not in fact it has gotten extremely worse, my feet all the way to my neck is covered with the rash, doctors don't know what to do, I'm in pain and is hard to walk, should I go to the hospital?
