Brief Answer:
Kidney stone is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Based on your symptoms, kidney stone is a possible differential diagnosis,
As of now you have to go for an ultrasound scan and urine routine and ultrasound scan if abdomen and pelvis to look for any stone and features of infection.
Drink plenty of water as most of the small stones get flushed of with water.
Thanks
