Question: I started working out a week ago and now the top of my left boob is sore what can I do for it

Hi
As per your description,the pain started after your workout.So,it looks like Musculoskeletal pain.I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
In case of infection of the breast, there will be Redness and the area will be hot and painful.Then, you need an Antibiotic.
Nothing to worry.
Give rest for few days.Stop Workouts.
It will come down.
