Brief Answer:
It is inflammation of soft tissue in supra pubic area unrelated to sex

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The photograph shows a bump due to inflammation of a soft tissue in supra pubic area in a stage of induration .

It is most unlikely related to be due to long sex session that you had neither it is cancer .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

It should work for you and will take a week yo get cured .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

What is the turn around time? Do you let patients know in a day or two's time ? The reason I am asking is for managing expectations

Can I get some over the counter medication or close substitutes to the drugs you mentioned , What does stage of induration mean ?

Brief Answer:
Induration is the first stage of inflammation

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

In a given situation it will not subside within a day or two .It takes a week to subside with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications.

These are scheduled drugs and available only on prescription of a qualified Dr.

There are no over the counter drugs that can cure it .If left untreated properly it may get transformed into an abscess formation which will need to get incised and drained by a surgical procedure of an incision and drainage of abscess(I&D)
