Question: I just want some advice. I have recently had a sexual health check last month and a pap smear done just ov a year ago and everything came back normal. I had sex last night and it was pretty rough. We realised after the intercourse, I was bleeding a little and I had never bled before during sex. Which freaked me out. He said that it was most likely because of the friction and the roughness. He also said that he is bigger than average and this has happened before with a previous sex partner of his. Can you please help me out?

Brief Answer:
It could be due to rough sex.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your healthcare .
I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
Your spotting could be due to rough sex due to mild erosion over vaginal wall.
But you have to wait and watch for this spotting and bleeding.
If bleeding is persistent it needs to be evaluated.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
