Question: I have pain when I touch my stomach above my belly button and also feels like it’s behind my belly button. I also feel the tenderness when I inhale. My stomach feels like I have worked out or have gas. It feels uncomfortable and tight?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I believe that pain and tenderness behind your belly button may be caused by excessive gass in intestines or indigestion.
It may be caused by ingesting gas or eating certain foods such cabbages , cauliflower, sprouts , prunes , pears etc.
You may use simethicone or espumisan to reduce intestinal gass and pain.
Also buscopan may be used to reduce abdominal pain.
