Brief Answer:
Check your prolactin levels.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As you may know, in the human body there is a hormone responsible for lactation and for stopping the cycle after giving birth. It is prolactin. It is raised during and after pregnancy, sometimes from medications like antipsychotics and anti-depressives, but also in the case of a tumor in the pituitary that produces this hormone. And this is the thing that we have to check first.

The classic symptoms associated with this condition are lactation, irregular to absent menstrual cycle, and low sexual desire.

Since your pregnancy test is negative, and you have done 2-3 tests which all came negative, I'd recommend you to see your GP or an Endocrinologist. You will need a prescription for measuring prolactin levels and to follow up with the right treatment after this.

Movements in the stomach may be from the gastrointestinal problems rather than due to the hormonal causes.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wish you good health!
