Thanks for the query.
Mouth ulcers are a common phenomenon and can the causes can range from
Hot spicy foods
Sharp edge of tooth
Ill fitting denture
Viral,bacterial,fungal infections etc
Low immunity
Nutritional deficiencies like deficiency of B complex vitamins, zinc, iron,VIT C.

The most likely cause in you should be dietary deficiency if there is no problem with your teeth.
For The treatment
Avoid hot and spicy foods
Take a good B complex vitamin containing zinc
Take iron if having anemia( get your hemoglobin tested)
Take VIT C
Drink plenty of water to avoid constipation
Do exercises for general well being and good health

Since you don't have any stomach pain or diarrhea, there doesn't seem to be any stomach infection and so there is no need for any norfloxacilin or spasma proxyvon.

I hope to have answered your query however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck.
