Question: I have had two knee replacements - the first was 22 weeks ago and the 2nd 5 weeks ago. Surgery appears to be fine.My question is focused on blood pressure and heart rate, Both had been very norrmal - even after the surgery. However in the last week my blood pressure has climbed to 160/95 and my heart rate holds steady at 90 bpm.
Do I have a serios problem ?

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I’m Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. First, I just want to make sure, you’ve never had high blood pressure before? How many days have you had the high blood pressure? Did you take the blood pressure yourself? We’re you resting before you took it?
