Brief Answer:
Symptoms are not suggestive of ALS or MS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your clinical details. Calf pain and tingling are not features of ALS or MS.

In ALS, there would be thinning of muscles associated with muscle weakness. In addition to that there would be muscle twitching. Symptoms are progressive over several months. So, we can confidently rule out ALS.

In MS, symptoms are visual loss, imbalance, weakness of one half of body, etc. Your symptoms are not suggestive of MS.

Hope it helps.
