Brief Answer:
Definitely possible,follow the advice,maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your BMI is just a bit overweight and with aproper diet and exercise regimen, it should be well controlled within a period of time.

First of all, please note, the primary step to consider is diet management, I'm giving you a brief idea about it below. However, for a complete diet-chart, you can request for a Diet-Plan from a dietitian (check for the option of Diet-plan in your package, and do mention your body weight, height, diet preferences etc, to the dietitian while requesting for this).

* Avoid junk foods in any forms
* No excessive deep fried / fast foods strictly
* Include fresh green leafy vegetables in your daily diet
* Have a bowl of salad everyday
* Avoid processed and packaged foods
* Always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of packaged fruit juices
* Try to include high amount of antioxidant containing foods like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, plenty of nuts etc.

- Try to snack healthy instead of junk foods, have a handful of high zinc & antioxidant containing foods eg. cashew, almonds, raisins, pistachio, dry roasted/boiled chickpeas, yogurt daily

- Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 2.5 liters) to remain well hydrated and it'll help to flush out the toxins and metabolites too

- The exercises in the gym should be monitored by a physical trainer also (remember, everyone's body is different and reacts differently to the same set of exercises, so a state of the art gym should be preferred in the first place)

These are the best, and absolute ways to achieve proper body shape (including a toned belly). Although it may sound lengthy and tiresome, it's the only proven and recommended method for this purpose, as natural way is the best way for long-term well-being.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Hi XXXXXXX

This helps a lot, I will try to follow as much as best practices from the above.

A strict diet usually I have observed does not work out for me, as I find it difficult to manage.

I have started to Go to Gym, but I dont have an instructor. so thought of Everyday Weight lifts in the morning, and just after that half an hour of running or Cardio.

I will stop eating processed food, and also food from outside.

Thanks for all your tips and advice.

I hope I reach the desired shape soon.

Brief Answer:
I'm glad that you've understood and started working accordingly.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes, I am glad to hear about your progress.

Eventually, I'd still suggest you find out a good state of the art Gym where not only instructors but also dieticians are present (which is extremely important to yield the best benefit out of it in a relatively easier and supervised way).

Again, let me clarify it for you, just lifting weights, or cardio or even crunches won't be sufficient and there are several other modes of training and exercising which comes as a set of preparation. Every time there's a different set involved based on your body's response, thus some days there can be only one type of exercise while on the other day there can numerous different types involved. All these are a dynamic process and hands-on training can only be achieved in the presence of an experienced instructor/trainer (this involves a bit of searching for the 'State of the Art' set-up, as not every other gym has these facilities).

I believe you got my point. Hope I have answered your query.

Take care.
