HDL CHOLESTEROL - 45.0
TRIGLYCERIDES - 135.0
CHO / HDL RATIO - 5.5 High
ECG - ECG Within Normal Limits: Sinus Bradycardia. Please correlate clinically.
I do Yoga (For 30 Mins), Walk (For 45 Mins). I eat Flax Seed, Walnut, Almond on regularly.
I generally don't take outside food. I generally smoke one cigarette per day, sometimes not. I drink very rarely (Occasionally).
Please review and advise to control the cholesterol level.
I do regular health checkup yearly twice and I am getting almost same cholesterol results last many years.

After going through your ECG and blood reports I am happy to tell you that all your test Sir well within normal limits and there is nothing alarming about your health situation.
It’s good to see that you are following a healthy lifestyle routine. However I would not recommend even a single cigarette to smoke.
Regarding drinking, yes you can take alcohol in moderated way on occasional basis.

Also I would like to ask how many almonds and walnuts you consume daily.

I generally take 2 Walnuts and 4 Almonds after soaking with water for whole night. Please let me know what will be the correct way to intake Walnuts and Almonds and how many in a day?
