Brief Answer:
You should be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your description, it could be an Autoimmune disorder like Rheumatoid arthritis.
You should be investigated with Tests like ASO tire,RA Factor etc. Please consult your Physician and proceed further.
If they are normal, then it could be simple musculoskeletal problem which responds to Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside.

Nothing to worry.
Please get investigated.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
