Brief Answer:
More likely of neurological origin symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query and here is my advice.I think symptoms you describe are more of neurological than cardiac origin.A pinched nerve most likely in your neck or compression during nerve pathway is the most likely cause.Cervical spondylosis, herniated disc disease, tunnel syndromes, are conditions that, in my opinion, should be considered further.Getting evaluated by your primary care Doctor should be the first step in understanding better your condition.

Treatment depends upon the diagnosis. If nerve origin is excluded, then you can be checked for cardiac issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Nerve conduction study and MRI of the spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

First step to evaluate your condition correctly should be medical examination by your Doctor. After that nerve conduction study of the affected limb and MRI of your cervical spine may be necessary. Generally these symptoms don't last longer than one month, but it depends on the diagnosis. For now you should postpone the gym activity until a correct diagnosis is reached.

Thanks.
