Question: I have been diagnosed with primary malignant neoplasm of the prostate. I had a bone scan and MRI which can up negative for spread outside the prostate. I had a cystoscopy last week in my penis. I am scheduled for a robotic prostatectomy. I have been having to frequently urinate and have some pain at the tip of my penis. I have been told I have Grade one cancer. Is the pain in the penis related to my cancer and has it spread outside the prostate?

Brief Answer:
Prostatectomy

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

At the moment that the MRI was negative for the spread out off prostate and the Tumor it’s Grade 1,than the pain it’s not related to the cancer.

In my opinion your symptoms are related to the cystoscopy.
