Brief Answer:
Common cold probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

As you explain the concern it seems like you feel breathlessness and your airways are slightly obstructed This might be from a viral or common cold condition. If you think you are in such situation just take painkillers (paracetamol or Ibrufen)for some days.

Nevertheless sometimes it might be from high values of arterial hypertension. If you are taking medication for it please measure it frequently. If it is not in normal values you should discuss with your doctor for this.

Hope to have been helpful

Brief Answer:
Control the arterial pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Ok now it is more clear to me.

This mostly is due to the mildly collapse of the peripheral airways .

1.Control the arterial pressure
2.If you are overweight try to lose some weight and do a physical activity
