Question: I have a positive test day of missed period. Week after conception was on vacation and didn't know I had conceived. Drank 3-4 whiskey drinks a day for the week. Am worried now

As you know any amount of alcohol in pregnancy is harmful. It effects a small percentage of babies. So stop worrying. Safest thing that you can do now is to stop taking drinks in any form or amount. If at all you smoke, you should stop that too.

I hope you have started taking Tab Folic acid once daily. If not, please start now.
