Brief Answer:
Probably a bacterial infection, follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an infection.

This infection can be caused by bacteria that infiltrate through the nose.

If you were my patient I would recommend to:
- use prescribed antibiotics. You can discuss with your doctor about this treatment
- use prescribed antibiotic ointments
- take ibuprofen for the pain
- apply warm compresses
- avoid pinching and blowing the nose

If you don't get better at drainage is needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.
