Question: I have a multi-system either a parasitic or fungal infection that I believe has either been amplified by or has triggered an underlying autoimmune condition.

Thank you for replying, I don't know what symptoms are relevant so I will list everything I've noticed. As frustrated nursing symptoms about 4 months ago of a general something isnt right feeling.
Cognitive decline
Hair loss - from one wash to the next a significant amount missing. Nothing significant since.
Swelling and pain around joints, the worst in particular is the thumb joint closest to the wrist. They also will not pop for me anymore.
Skin lesions/ulcers weird stuff exiting them
Movement, things traveling under the skin.
Noticing new legions in pairs or patterns. I described the first couple of my arm as getting eaten up by tiny invisible vampire. The pattern is still remaining but I don't notice pairs in particular anymore, maybe just because of the volume. Vinegar or bleach baths wer giving me a very painful diuretic reaction where I felt like I was passing glass through my intestines. Also had the same reaction using antimicrobial wipes.
Same weird stuff in my sinus discharge.
Nose bleeds - first time in my life they drip out onto me.
Weight loss
Sugar craving - never been a sweets person
Inflammation - whole body inflammation at times. Seems to be triggered but not exclusive l to any sort of subcutaneous trauma. For example one cyct rupture injury swelled my whole body to the point where my skin was numb used everywhere because of the fluid in between.
Deposits of strange things in my skin I don't know how else to describe it sometimes even without a lesion I will find them under the skin or sitting in a dilated pore. A lot of this is visible to the naked eye, some things I can only see you with the magnification zoom of my camera or USB microscope. I feel like my immune system has been compromised so much that I am dealing with issues I've never had before or heightened issues like boils or cysts especially around the genital region. The little squiggly white things from the sack in the video I now see everywhere even my clothes have them on them their size is barely visible but against a black shirt if you're paying attention you can see them. I have "sheds" I call them, different severity or frequencies. Sometimes my sheds are barely noticeable with agreeable shapes I suppose is the difference. Sometimes they're very sharp and can become quite painful when it is a bad night. I've noticed things with sharp edges I noticed my agreeable shapes with some sort of salt like covering that has sharp edges. Sometimes it is just the salt with small black things inside it. I had the dark red blood staining type dots around my fingertips. I noticed those too late I guess before I realized they are only in the part of my fingers that have touched any of the stuff coming out of me. They now have became hard and are shedding also.

I have other emotional or anxiety-related changes I feel are more of a reaction than a symptom. Anyone I've ever talked to you about or showed this have no idea what's going on so it is very stressful and I appreciate any help or guidance you can give. Thank you.
