Question: I have a bloated stomach and it feels like I have gas trapped in my chest/back.

It can be food sensitivity or intolerance, inflammatory bowel conditions like irritable bowel disease and crohn.
Also gallbladder inflammation or stones can be possible.
You can do a total blood count and an ultrasound also you should do a stool test and culture, also a lactose intolerance test.
