Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, first, it is necessary to exclude any neurological condition that may cause such symptoms.

In a number of cases, these symptoms may be caused by increased intracranial pressure, or by neurological conditions such as Chiari malformation, etc.

So, I think that there is necessary for an evaluation by your Neurologist and by imaging studies such as a brain MRI in order to understand correctly your condition.

Please discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
