In light of the fever it would be permissible for you to take Tylenol 650 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Equally as important, if your fever persists beyond the next 24 hours would recommend that you contact your local primary care physician for discussion and possibly examination to determine the cause of your fever and whether it is a viral or possibly bacterial process which might require medication.
