Brief Answer:
It would be in the domain of a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

ESR is raised whenever there is an infection or inflammation going on in the body, during pregnancy, menstruation, anemia, autoimmune disorders, kidney diseases and some cancers.

A raised cholesterol has implications of heart disease, hypertension, fatty liver and stroke in the long run.

If you are not having any symptomatology like fever and joint pains,a physician would be better and clinician of choice for the complete clinical evaluation.

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
