Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to As A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can try the following to prevent recurrent ulcers:

- Stop smoking alcohol, tobacco, etc (if any)
- Avoid spicy foods
- Drink cleaner water with low TDS
- Avoid hot foods and tea coffee etc
- Take a multivitamin like Becosule or Neurobion-forte daily
- Watch out for any chipped tooth that may hurt
- Can get physically examined by ENT doctor
- Rule out any rheumatologic conditions by getting tested for Rh factor and ANA antibody.
- Regular exercise and well balanced foods

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
