Should I be changing the medicine?
Brief Answer:
Hurting soles and foot
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Mashyne 60K basically is Vitamin D supplementation. This is good. Your problem of hurting foot and sole could be due to Vit D deficiency. 4 weeks / 4 doses might be less in case you have Vit D deficiency. In such a case you might have to try another 4 weeks. Besides Vit D deficiency there are other reasons as well as electrolyte deficiency, Vit B12, Calcium all play a part in the painful muscles. I suggest exposing to direct sunlight for 1 hour a week with minimal clothes between 9 to 4 pm.
So it would be good to get this tested with blood investigations. CBC, ESR, Serum Vit D3, Calcium, TSH, Serum protein and Serum Vit B12 are needed.
Hope this is useful.
Thanks.
