Question: I believe I was infected with gonorrhea as I displayed symptoms of drip and burning urination. I promptly got treatment of an injection and one day treatment of azrithromycin. 4 days after this treatment I had protected sex with a woman but she performed oral sex on me without a condom. I didn’thave any “drip” anymore ;though, perhaps, some burning urination maybe. Is it possible or likely that I infected her with gonorrhea?

You should know that according the recommandations you must wait at least 7 days after taking the treatment (with single dose of ceftriaxone and azytromicin) to clear definitly the infection, before having any sexual contact.

Based on your data,having unprotected oral sex after 4 days from the treatment, there exist the possibility to spread the gonorrhea infection to your partner even if you do not have symptoms.
