Brief Answer:
hi, following these don't have much significance

Detailed Answer:
hi,
yes, I agree that your immunological tests have been fluctuating.
however, as you might have observed the test for ANA has more or less been in the same range of negative to 40 to 80.
these are considered to be low titers,
I would like to let you know that we generally don't repeat these tests as they may vary during the course of illness, however don't hold much significance as we don't follow this for treatment, fluctuations can happen, but generally the titers are there in the same range like mild, moderate or severe,
titers of ds DNA are sometimes followed in diseases like lupus nephritis, and were thought to correlate with disease activity. but this is controversial.
so I suggest that there is no need to follow these, our main aim is to follow the disease symptoms associated with your autoimmune disease.
regards

Thanks. Would the levels that I have warrant treatment with Cytoxin 20 mg once a month for six months? Or is it too mild to need such treatment?

Brief Answer:
It was fine

Detailed Answer:
no, as I mentioned earlier I think the values are fine and not significant enough to warrant treatment.
