Medicine not needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have viewed your query and here is my advice.

Your body mass index is 17.4. and your age is 18 years.
Medicines can have side effects, that is why I will not recommend these for yuo in young age.

I will recommend the following:
- Get blood test done for nutritional deficiencies like complete blood count, serum Iron, B12, calcium and vitamin D, lipid profile, liver function tests.
- Add high calorie foods to your diet like milk products (cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, icecream, pastries, cakes, etc). These will increase both fat and protein content in your diet.
- Take hygienic food and drink cleaner water.
- Regular exercises.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
