Question: Hi, I am on anti depressants and statins and now the dr has prescribed ganaton total . Is it safe to take this ?

Ganaton total contains pantaprazole and Itopride.
Itopride is the best and safest prokinetics (Drugs used for increasing gut motility) and frequently used prokinetic drug.
Are you suffering from any cardiac ailment?
Still you are safe as itopride is devoid of QT prolongation effect.
Paroxetine is the commonly used medicine and it is preferable among all SSRIs.
Atorvastatin has two major side effect: Liver injury and muscle injury.
So conclusion is that you are taking right & safe preparation.
