acute pathology needs hospitalisation as soon as possible .

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This is in relation with acute condition of upper abdominal organs or lower lobe
of lungs likely .

* As the intensity of pain is much severe , you need hospitalisation , intravenous
pain management with simultaneous evaluation from CT scan and other
modalities according to the clinical judgement in ER .

* Can take tab. ibuprofen ( 400 ) mg with cap. omeprazole ( 20 ) mg with some
tea or coffee at present ( if it is immediately available ) .

Wishing you fine recovery .
