I have gone through your query. Fever for 1 week, have to be evaluated. I would suggest you get a blood test and culture and antibiotics will have to be started accordingly. You can take Tab. Dolo 650 mg as and when needed till then. Drink lots of fluids, soft bland diet. Fresh fruits and juices.
