Brief Answer:
Possible fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. Ideally I would need to see a picture of the roof of the mouth to have a better idea, but from your description it sounds a lot like oral and vaginal thrush (candidiasis) which is a fungal infection that occurs either with a weakened immunity or after a course of antibiotic treatment.

Treatment consists of an over the counter oral and vaginal antifungal medication such as Clotrimazole, Fluconazole, Ketoconazole, or Nystatin and it usually goes away in 7 days.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist your further.

Take care
