Probably arthritis is suspected, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are several medical conditions that can be related to your symptoms.

Based on your symptoms and your age, I may suspect of shoulder arthritis.

I recommend doing some examinations to confirm the diagnosis.

I suggest :

A complete blood count

PCR level

Rheumatoid factor blood levels.

Meanwhile, I recommend to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Naproxen 500 mg three tablets a day.

I also recommend to use anti-inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream.

Cool compresses can also be helpful to relieve the pain.

After the examinations you can contact me again for a specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
