Hi

Thanks for posting your query

You have not provided a detailed account of your illness

How was the diagnosis of Sciatica arrived at ?

Did you go for a consultation with a physician/neurologist?
Did you go for an MRI?

Anyway what you complain of are called root pains and usually secondary to compression of a nerve

If the cause of your sciatica is known treat the cause

If not known go for a consultation followed by a MRI

In the mean time you can go ahead with Gabapantine & Methylcobalamine to relieve your symptoms

Anticipating your response.
