Brief Answer:
Suggestions on how to deal with anxiety explained below in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.

Every person can experience anxiety at some point in their life.

But when anxiety episodes are frequent and happen to simple things you may need further evaluation.

I would recommend to use at first herbal remedies such as chamomile tea.

I also recommend taking vitamin B 12 supplements to support the nervous system.

I suggest to avoid caffeine, alcohol, eat healthy and get enough sleep.

Physical activity such as yoga and meditation can be very helpful.

If the symptoms continue you should consult a psychologist for talk therapy.

It is very important to discuss also with your partner about your feelings.

The most important thing is to make yourself and your health a priority.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
