Question: I am at 47 year old man. I have had problems with delayed ejaculation since the very first time I had sex at 15 years old. I do think I have ADD as well. During sex I lose focus and have to start over again frequently. This is extremely frustrating for me and my wife. She thinks I am not attracted to her which could not be further from the truth. I had a doctorate in pharmacy so I have done a lot of research on the subject but nothing seems to help. One other item, I have never in my life been able to ejaculate standing up. Maybe only once or twice in missionary position. And then every single other time flat on my back (woman on top or laying beside me using her hand). I love women, I am not XXXXXXX in the slightest. I don't understand it. The entire team it feels fantastic, but sometimes I can go for 1-2 hours and never ejaculate. I do not lose my erection during this time. Is there any medication or tests I can do for this? I have tried cryptoheptadine, amantadine, and buspirone. Would taking Ritalin or something for my ADD help possibly? My wife even had an affair in 2011, and I think my delayed ejaculation was a big part of this as well. I am at the end of my rope.
