Question: I am an AVM patient , on Keppra medication lately I find my food is going down slowly and feels like its stuck somewhere ; I still pass gas and stool regularly

Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
As per the query all the organs inside body are called viscera like heart ,stomach,esophagus and Golden rule of medicine is that Viscera never speaks(you can not feel it) However when a person is getting sensation that food is unable to pass or is sticking etc there is something wrong definitely.

I would suggest you to visit a Gastroenterologist in person and get a barium swallow test or Endoscopy done to rule out any blockage or condition like Achalasia.

I pass stool normal and gas ,but it seems likefood sticks in my throat and stay in my stomach for awhile : would have anything to do with what is going on in my brain AVM?

It can be Achalasia cardiac.
Person with Achalasia cardia usually feels that something is sticking in throat.
An endoscopy should be done.
