Posted on Mon, 22 Aug 2022
Question: I am 67, male. Reasonably good health. I have very brief episides of what I can only descibe as a physical feeling of euphoria, like driving over a rise in a road or on a rollercoaster where your stomach "goes away" for a few seconds. I onky feel it it my head and maybe neck. I get a warning like the aura epileptics get. It is actually pleasant but scary.

Brief Answer:
Advice to undergo EEG and CT brain

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Symptoms of episodic altered sensation raise the concern for possible seizure episodes. I recommend further evaluation with CT scan of the brain and EEG (Electroencephalogram).
So please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for necessary evaluation.

Hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi
