Brief Answer:
I think spending time during foreplay may help you

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read your query and understand your concerns about inability to penetrate during coitus.

First of all I like to inform you that it is completely normal to have soft glans penis (upper end of penis). In fact this is physiological to make penetration easier as complete hardness at the top will cause more problem in penetration.

Secondly as I can see there is abnormality in vascular supply of penis which need to be overcome with help of medications. For this purpose Tadalafil is one option for instant result but there is more need to be done. One such recommendation is use of Tab Tetrafol Plus twice a day to reverse the effect of arteriogenic erectile problem.

Thirdly I feel being unexperienced is also contributing to problem. In my opinion it is always better to cuddle for few days before attempting sex in arrange marriage. In addition never ever jump for penetration even you when you are aroused. Take some time and arouse your partner with ample foreplay. There is good possibility that combination of Tadalafil with proper foreplay can help you the lost field in very short time.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
