I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Firstly we need to eliminate foods that are not getting digested completely. These may include complex proteins like meats, beans, milk proteins, etc. You will need to figure out the culprit food by eliminating them one by one and observing if symptoms get better over next few days. You can start by eliminating milk. Then beans, meats and gluten. Avoid any medicines that maybe worsening the problem. Take meals at same time every day. Drink cleaner water with low TDS and hygienic food be taken. Stress may cause irritable bowel, so releasing stress with meditation and yoga will help. Tummy massage is also helpful in expeling gas.

Medicines containing simethicone or pepto-bismol may be tried over the counter.
Can add Ajwain to foods.

If symptoms are continuing, then an ultrasound whole abdomen may be done to rule out anatomic causes like gallstones.

Do let me know if there are any other symptoms like constipation.
